Gillies Street Office
Unpacking
For those of you in Ballarat who haven’t yet had the chance to come into the new office, can you please make an effort to come in and unpack your boxes over the next week.
Once unpacked, please flat pack your empty boxes and throw them in the cardboard skip bin located in the car park.
Lockers
If you are interested in utilising one of the lockers available, can you please add your name to this spreadsheet. Please note there are only 30 available so the intention is that the lockers would be used by those intending on perhaps exercising during lunch breaks or before/after work and may want to store any fitness gear in this location.
Car park
Due to inclement weather, the car park will not be available until Tuesday 1 February.
Meeting room bookings
If you are wishing to use a meeting room in the Ballarat Office, please note you must book the rooms via SIMON under Resource Bookings (the same way rooms were booked at Lyons Street).
