Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations, eLearn module.

Congratulations and thank you to those staff who have already completed the Mandatory Reporting eLearn Module.  All school and CEB staff employed in the Diocese of Ballarat are required to complete the Mandatory Reporting eLearn module by the end of Term One each year, which means there are only three weeks to go. 

The Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations module is available to non-government staff via the DET Information Sharing and MARAM Online Learning System. Staff who already have an account with the DET's online learning system should use their existing details to log in. Staff without an account can sign up by going to the online learning system homepage. 

The preferred position is that the module is completed Term One, however, if you completed the eLearn module between July-December 2021 for a range of reasons, please wait to be reminded by the system to complete the module. It is important that you send through your most current certificate of completion to jrighetti@dobcel.catholic.edu.au by the end of Term One.  

For staff who would like to do the Protecting Children eLearn module alongside others, the Training Room has been booked for Wednesday 23 March between 4-5pm for staff in the Central Office. Staff from other DOBCEL offices, or who are working from an alternate venue can join via this Webex link.
