April CEB Staff Meeting
The April CEB Staff meeting will be delivered on the Zoom virtual platform over Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 April. The first day’s session will have a whole of CEB focus, while the second day will be available for team meetings (either in-person or virtual).
In line with our agreed protocol the agenda will be available during the week of the 29 March.
If for some reason you are unable to attend a designated session, please inform your Team Leader.
CEB Staff Meeting Formats for 2021
Our staff meetings will be held with the following formats over the course of this year:
- 13-15 April – Virtual
- 6-8 July – Face to face meeting
- 5-7 October – Face to face meeting
- 15-16 December – Staff Retreat
Welcome Back to the Office
All CEB staff are welcome to return onsite and should talk to their Team Leader about this. By returning to the office, we want to start again unlocking the benefits of in-person collaboration, learning from each other, problem solving together, partnering and building our high-performance culture.
All employees are reminded of their obligation to take reasonable care of their own health and safety. For more information see the CEB Q&A for a safe return to the workplace.
To support a safe return to the workplace and to manage capacity in the Ballarat office, staff must register via the shared roster published on Knowledge Banks.
To register to work from the Warrnambool office, please contact Lee Schlooz, and for the Horsham or Mildura offices contact Chris Robarts.
Weekly Lenten Prayer Gathering - Reminder
A reminder that all staff are warmly invited to join our weekly Lenten Prayer gathering on Monday mornings at 8.30am during Lent.
Gatherings are in person in the Diocesan Meeting Room (DMR) or via this WebEx link.
The program we are using comes from The Archdiocese of Brisbane. Additional Lenten Prayers are available here.

ECSI Survey Reminder - Closes 1 April

A reminder that the survey closing date of Thursday 1 April is nearing.
A Survey Information Sheet is available to download which includes hints to ensure the survey process is smooth. Please don’t wait until the last day to go online!
