CEB Vaccination (Fluvax) Clinic

The CEB Vaccination Clinic was held on Friday 21 April at the Ballarat Office with 40 employees receiving their fluvax. A big thank you to Tania Lund for organising this clinic.
Emily, the nurse immuniser, was fabulous! She made everyone feel comfortable, was very quick and efficient. We extend thanks to UFS Work Health who made organising the clinic a smooth process.
For employees who were unable to attend the clinic you have the option of sourcing your own vaccination (via pharmacy or local vaccination clinic) and will be reimbursed (up to the total of $25) after submitting a CEB EXPENSE CLAIM FORM to your Team Leader for approval.

Formation Days

On 26 and 27 September, all CEB staff are expected to attend the Formation Days being held at the Victorian Emergency Management Institute (VEMI) in Mt Macedon.
As mentioned at the Staff Meeting on 20 April, our numbers have grown and accommodation will again be split over 2 locations. To accommodate our group in the 2 locations, the opportunity for staff to twin share and in one case triple share, is available.
A bus will again be made available for those that wish to use this transport option. To ensure that we order a suitable size bus, please also indicate in the form if you would like to travel by bus to and from the venue.
Please click on this link to submit your response. Should no response be received, names will be automatically assigned the twin share option. Please complete by 4pm Friday 12 May.

Requests for accommodation bookings can be made via the Catholic Education Team (CET) homepage.
For those new to CEB or not a member of the CET, booking requests can also be accessed via SIMON/School Links (green box bottom right corner)/General Staff Resources.

Staff News
Tina Munro.
Tina Munro has commenced as Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director: Catholic Education. Tina comes to us from Damascus College where she was Executive Assistant to the Principal for over 11 years.
Sarah Hanley.
Sarah Hanley has commenced as our Talent Acquisition Partner within the People and Development Team. Sarah most recently worked with Ballarat Real Estate as a Sales Consultant and has previously been the Area Manager for Bakers Delight Holdings for Australia and New Zealand.
Sarah MacDonald.
We were pleased to welcome Sarah MacDonald back from Parental Leave this week. Sarah is a Speech Pathologist and will be working one day per week at this stage.
