Feedback from CEB Staff Meeting

Last week the responses from staff to 'In the first half of 2023, what are the short to mid term opportunities that you can see for CEB and/or our schools?' were shared.
This week the final question we will share the responses to is 'What excites you about Catholic Education currently?'
DOBCEL Board Visit

As part of their remit to be visible around the Diocese, the DOBCEL Board makes themselves available to meet with CEB staff one day a month.
On Thursday 17 August, Bishop Paul will be available to any staff member who wishes to ‘drop in’ for a chat in the Board Office.

New Principal Induction
3 new Principals to the Diocese attended CEB on Monday to participate in an Induction. From all accounts, Chris McCumstie from OLHC Murtoa, Michael Heenan from St Augustine’s Creswick and Shelley Ryan who will commence at Siena in Lucas at the beginning of next Term, found the day enlightening and were pleased to have the opportunity to meet some of the CEB staff.

Draft 2024 Calendar

A reminder that any dates to be considered for inclusion in the 2024 DOBCEL/CEB calendar, are to be emailed through to Kerrie Zammit by 4pm Monday 21 August please.
This will ensure that we remain on track to release the final calendar to our Principals and CEB staff in the first week of Term 4.

Stephen will take on the role of ICT Support Specialist and comes to us from Misk Constructions in Sydney where he has been an IT Network and Support Technician.
