Executive Director’s Update to Principals #2: COVID Update - 24 January 2022

  • COVID Update - School Operations Guide

COVID Update - School Operations Guide

The CECV School Operations Guide has been updated with advice and guidance regarding the Back-To-School plan announced Sunday by the Victorian Government.  To ensure Principals have access to this information as soon as practical, we are forwarding this copy to you.  However, we are reviewing for any anomalies or typos and checking hyperlinks.  If needed, we will publish the final (updated) version promptly and note any changes.

The Operations Guide contains information on:

  • Rapid antigen testing (page 4)
  • Management of confirmed cases and household contacts (page 6)
  • Exemptions for staff who are household contacts (page 8)
  • QR codes for electronic record-keeping (page 12)
  • Playgrounds and school facilities (page 18)

We hope that this information provides a good basis for understanding as you prepare for the start of the school year.

Principals are invited to participate in an online zone-based meeting Tuesday (invitations issued by your Education Consultant) and again on Thursday.  We welcome your questions and feedback.

We will continue to monitor the situation and advise principals of any updates. Please liaise with the COVID Support team (see left hand column) or your Education Consultant with any questions or concerns.

Stay safe and continue to look after each other…

Every blessing.
