Please read the following document to ensure that your school is implementing all legislated copyright procedures.

You will notice that the DLG has been extended by 15 minutes. Tom will lead with prayer and provide a general update followed by a presentation from Jordan Tilse.
Jordan is a Director of Sefton Davis Pty Ltd and will present on the Reportable Conduct Scheme and will give an overview of the following topics:
- What is reportable conduct and how broad is it?
- What trends can be seen in relation to reportable conduct – who tends to present as victims and respondents?
- How are allegations of reportable conduct raised?
- How can we minimise the incidents of reportable conduct in our schools?
- What happens during and after a reportable conduct investigation?
Jordan is an employment lawyer and has conducted investigations for each of the Catholic dioceses in Victoria, as well as for a number of Independent schools across Victoria. Having conducted more than 150 reportable conduct investigations Jordan is in a position to provide unique insights into navigating the reportable conduct scheme and ensuring that schools move towards increased compliance with the scheme.
