Executive Director’s Update to Principals #38 - 13 September 2024

Principal Announcement – St Patrick’s, Camperdown and St John’s, Dennington

Tim Bourke has advised that he will conclude his time as Principal of St Patrick’s Camperdown at the end of this term.

Tim began his principalship at St Patrick’s in 2022, having initially stepped in at short notice during COVID-19. As Executive Director of Catholic Education Ballarat, I offer my appreciation and gratitude to Tim for his contribution to our diocesan community.

Ben van de Camp, Principal of St John’s Dennington, has generously agreed to act as Principal at St Patrick’s Camperdown for term 4. 

In Ben’s absence, Jan Madden and Amy Atwell will fill the role of Acting Principals.

To support the transition to a new principal of St Patrick’s Camperdown, consultation and advertising for a replacement will commence shortly with the intent for the successful applicant to begin at the start of the 2025 school year.
