Letter for employees re Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA 2022)

Dear Principal

As you are aware the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA 2022) expires in December 2025. 

In preparation for the next round of enterprise bargaining, DOBCEL will be seeking to actively engage and consult with employees to genuinely understand what is important to them.

To begin the process, an employee communication (see attached) has been prepared to be shared with all Schools within our Diocese and to notify our staff of the upcoming consultation process.

Could you please share the communication below with employees at your school as soon as possible, and prior to the end of the year.

Your support as school leaders throughout the consultation process is invaluable and I thank you in advance for your time in ensuring this important message is provided to staff to inform them of the upcoming consultation process.
