Early Career Teacher Workshop - Setting up for Success (21st January)

All First Year and Permission to Teach teachers are encouraged to attend this free, one day program to help prepare for the beginning of the 2025 school year.

Participants will engage in workshops focusing on establishing classroom culture for learning:

* Setting up routines and procedures

* Establishing relationships

* Strategies for knowing your students and how they learn

* Engagement strategies.

2025 primary school pre-audit visits brought forward

2025 Primary school pre-audit visits have been brought forward and will commence in Week 1 of Term 1.

The change has been necessitated due to User Acceptance Testing associated with the implementation of our new Business Central platform for the Nexus Project occurring from February 10-28. 

School finance personnel are not expected to have all set tasks completed before these pre-audit visits. Preliminary reconciliation tasks will be managed remotely, with task requirements communicated in early December.

CEB Business Managers will confirm exact visit dates directly with schools.
