EB25: Say 'YES' to a pay increase and improved conditions by the start of the 2026 school year

As of this morning, about two thirds of Catholic school staff have completed the EB25 survey. We want to hear from as many employees as possible and give everyone the opportunity to have their say.  

So, following feedback from schools, we have extended the voting deadline to midnight on Monday 27 October. Given how busy schools have been over the last week – especially secondary schools with year 12 celebrations – this will give everyone a fair chance to vote.

Vote YES for a $1,500 bonus before Christmas, a minimum 7% pay rise and improved conditions for the start of the school year.

By saying YES, we can keep the offer on the table and move to the next step. It’s critical for everyone to have a say at this stage. Not voting is like a no – it doesn't give the support we need. 

Encourage your staff to SAY YES and be part of a truly historic moment for Catholic Education in the state of Victoria. 

The materials shared in yesterday's ED Update have been amended to reflect the new survey deadline. Please print these materials and display them prominently in your staff areas as soon as possible.
