End of Year Mass and Dinner - New Location!
With a fantastic number of 119 guests attending this year’s dinner, a new venue has been sourced to cater for us. Please see below for the new details:
- 5pm: Mass at Loreto College, Ballarat
- 6.30pm: Dinner at Mercure, 613 Main Road, Ballarat

Christmas/New Year CEB Finance Office Closure
In line with office closure the CEB Finance Office will finish on Thursday 21 December 2023 and re-open on Monday 15 January 2024.
Any invoices, staff reimbursements and school payments that require payment prior to office closure must be received by Accounts Payable by close of business Monday 11 December 2023 to be processed by Tuesday 19 December 2023.
Any invoices, staff reimbursements and school payments received after Monday 11 December 2023 will be processed for payment during the week of 15 January to 19 January 2024.

12 Month Self-Reflections Now Open!
DUE THURSDAY 15 DECEMBER
A reminder that the 12 month self-reflections for the CEB office are now open and should be completed by December 15 2023.
Each person has received an email from Culture Amp (notifications@cultureamp.com) containing a link to complete the self-reflection. You can access your self-reflection via the email or by logging into your Culture Amp account. The link to the self-reflection is located on the home page.
Before completing your self-reflection, you should update the status of your goals. Once you’ve completed the self-reflection, submit it to your team leader; and expect to have a meeting to discuss your reflections.
The 12-month self-reflection meeting aims to ensure an opportunity for conversation to affirm and reflect on your 2023 achievements and provide space to discuss any development and growth opportunities.
The self-reflection meeting is also a good time to discuss your goals for 2024.

CEB Reconciliation Action Plan
A RAP working group convened last Friday to begin dialogue and work to construct a CEB Reconciliation Action Plan. The minutes can be accessed here. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday 29 November and any CEB staff members are welcome to join this discussion.
A special invitation to colleagues who are outside the Catholic Education Team and at office locations beyond Ballarat. Attendees are able to attend all or part of the meeting.

Professional Learning Calendar
Early next week we plan to add Professional Learning Events for 2024, to Trybooking. However, before we can do this, a completed Professional Learning Event Request Form must be submitted to Susan Crowe.
The form should include the Team Leader’s signature of approval.

Lost & Found - Ballarat Office
A silver hoop earring was found in the carpark at the Ballarat office. If you think it could be yours, please collect from the lost and found drawer at reception.
Within the drawer there is also a pair of DKNY reading glasses and a Logitech presenter.
