2023 NCCD Annual Statement of Expenditure Survey
The Catholic Education Commission of Victoria Ltd (CECV) requires all Victorian Catholic schools to complete an Annual Statement of Expenditure of their Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) targeted funding. This information will form part of the CECV accountability requirements related to the provision of targeted funding.
The survey is available in ‘Surveys’ on the NCCD application, which can be accessed via the CEVN website under Student Support/Students with Disability (NCCD SWD) Funding.
Principals are asked to complete the 2023 NCCD Annual Statement of Expenditure Survey by Friday 8 December 2023.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Awareness Session
We are happy to share the recent EAP ‘Fact Finder’ Awareness Session (Principal and Leaders) conducted by Converge International.
This session is not just informative but instrumental in dispelling myths and addressing common misunderstandings that employees might have had about the EAP. DOBCEL encourages staff to take advantage of these resources and empower themselves with a better understanding of the support available through our EAP.
Thanks to Converge International, we look forward to more collaborative initiatives that enhance the wellbeing of our staff.

Release of the My School Website
The My School Principals’ Portal will be available for Principals to preview from 1 pm Tuesday 28 November 2023 to 5 pm Tuesday 12 December 2023.
Principals are asked to log into the My School Principals’ Portal to review the data about their school and contact the ACARA Principals’ Portal support team at portalsupportenquiries@acara.edu.au if any inaccuracies are found, before 5 pm on Tuesday 12 December 2023.
